I purchased the 320 Tender from East Marine, Michael was excellent to deal. They delivered it to Michigan for a reasonable fee, when it got here it was damaged in transport they took it back and promptly and cheerfully delivered a replacement. Just bought a tender from these guys at the West Palm Beach boat show and man what a great experience! First saw the tender online, did alot of research on it then decided we needed to see in person so went to the boat show and this thing was above and beyond what I expected so we bought the 360. Fairly new company but wow what an awesome tender!
I purchased my 390 in 2021 when the company was fairly new. I was a little skeptical being a new brand but I have no regrets. The entire family has been great to deal with. Michael and Anthony continue to provide you with great service long after you bought the boat. I ordered mine with the 40hp upgrade which is a lot of fun. ask my 8 year old grand son 🙂
